2025 was a year of consolidation with continued positive momentum for SMA.
While overall figures came in slightly below the previous year, the underlying trend remains clearly positive.

In Consulting, SMA further strengthened its position in its core Western European markets – showing a notable progress in France – while generating valuable momentum in new markets such as Austria and Portugal. Cooperation with key accounts continued to deepen, and the customers portfolio was further diversified, confirming SMA’s strong presence at regional, national and European level.

The software business maintained its dynamic development: new Viriato licenses, stable software services and steadily growing maintenance revenues continued to underpin sustainable growth.
